We would like to notice that Sumitomo Heavy Industries Mechatronics, Inc. (hereinafter SHI) drive control system SYSTEM-MX (MC550) are unable to continue the procurement of component parts and maintenance work. SHI will cease providing after-sales service (repairs) to the manufacturer as of June 30, 2023.
We would like to ask all concerned parties for their understanding and consideration of the circumstances.
Furthermore, MXII has been offered as a successor model of MC550 since 2013. We kindly ask that you consider updating from MC550 to a successor model as soon as possible. (From spring 2024 onwards, we plan to upgrade the power amplifier unit PAU to an alternative new model MD200 as a component of MXII.)
