We have a clear vision of Water-based printing systems as an optimal total package based on the customer&#8217;s life-cycle profitability.<\/p>\n<h2>Dryer systems<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"img\/pic_kansosys_en.gif\" alt=\"Dryer systems\" width=\"330\" height=\"186\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zone system&#8221;, two independent heat-source units are installed, to enhance the dyring performance. This notably improves drying efficiency by making a distinction between the first and the second half in the drying process to control parameters independently.<\/p>\n<h2>Doctor systems<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"img\/pic_doc.gif\" alt=\"Doctor systems\" width=\"330\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>Doctor-Angle-Optimal-System (DAOS) was newly developed to prevent Doctor-related troubles such as fogging or streaking, which are more likely to occur with Water-based printing. DAOS easily maintains the optimal angle at any Cylinder diameters.<\/p>\n<h2>Driven cooling rolls<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"img\/pic_masatsu_en.gif\" alt=\"Driven cooling rolls\" width=\"142\" height=\"79\"><\/p>\n<p>Cooling roll driving system contributes further assuring of Water-based printing quality by reducing the friction between the ink surface and the rolls, thus preverting ink coming-off, bleed,and blocking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Real solutions for Water-based gravure printing!
